Chemical Crystallization
The silicate solution reacts with calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)₂) naturally present in concrete, forming calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) crystals that fill and seal the pore structure permanently.
No Surface Film — Nothing to Peel

Curing & Cleanup
Sealant cures and strengthens for 24 hours. We clean all equipment, rinse nearby surfaces, and mark with caution tape. Keep vehicles off for 24 hours.
